How much does a Day's Training Cost?

The cost of a day's Training is £880 and this figure includes all our expenses.   The cost is the same regardless of the numbers attending so if your staff is relatively small it can be very cost effective to combine your training with other teams.

What is the philosophy behind your training?

We take an eclectic although mainly behavioural approach. We are successful because we work with strategies that enable professionals to anticipate the difficulties that youngsters pose and generate a detailed response change unwanted behaviour.

What is the Focus for the training ?

Practical - the explanations are designed to give the principles and the detail required to train youngsters when the profession is directly responsible or to successfully advise parents how to change unwanted behaviour.

Do you suit training to the needs of the professionals?

Yes.   Training is based on knowledge gained through informal conversations during coffee or another informal time just before the start of the training together with any information received when the training was being planned.

What areas of the interactions between the child and the authority figure are looked at?

All areas.   Changing behaviour is not just a matter of the responses used but is also about how the trainer controls how he or she is perceived.

Can I be confident that it will be effective ?

Yes!    Professionals will have far more confidence in training youngsters and advising parents after the training.
