How does training through Observation and Feedback work?
Teacher-Observation and feedback works by observing the teaching of individual teachers, their interactions with classes and pupils, and giving individual feedback on key areas that could be fruitfully modified or augmented.

Is this method only used to help individual professionals?
No.   This format can be and is used to observe and advise an individual professional during the course of a day but, increasing, short 30 minute observations are also being used to monitor and train newly qualified members of staff or to train and refresh all staff.

Does Warwick train staff from all the educational phases?
Yes.    Nursery;   Infants;   Primary;   Secondary;  and  Post 16;   PGCE courses; Teacher Training Modules   as well as   Educational Psychology staff;   Social Services Staff;   Mental Health staff;  Parenting Organisations;   and  Special Education Staff including secure units.

How much does a Day's Observation and Feedback Training Cost?
The cost of a day's Observation and Feedback is £880 and this figure includes all our expenses.   The cost is the same regardless of the number observed.
